Heather – new Lead DT Coordinator
I am a fairly new blogging and card-making having made my first post in February 2011. You may see me around blogland as kurlygirl. I have been crafting in some form or other most of my life. I did wood crafting when that was the rage in the late nineties and have done some cross-stitching and lots of scrapbooking. I was introduced to card-making in 2007 through Stampin' Up and made a few cards with borrowed supplies, but did not continue at that time due to the expense and life in general. At Christmastime in 2010, I decided to make my gifts for my friends and family and started searching for box patterns to hold home-made candy. This is when I stumbled across all the beautiful card creations and blogs. I was completely entranced. I started saving to get some markers and started collecting free digis for when I was able to get the markers. I had a lot of papercrafting supplies and paper from my scrapbooking days, so had a good base to begin. I sold my Cricut and some unused papercrafting supplies on Ebay and made enough money to buy a basic set of markers and a Sizzix Big Shot. I've been going strong since then. I love this hobby so much! It allows me to get from start to finish on a project in a fairly short amount of time. It also allows me to be creative and network with all the other card-makers out there. There is so much talent out there and I know I have a very long way to go in improving. I love chatting with people and learning from them.
I am married to my best friend and have 2 teenage children and 3 dogs. For my day job, I convert textbooks and reading materials for university students with disabilities. It's a rewarding job and I get to meet some really neat people who work hard for their accomplishments.
Frances
Actually living in Kissimmee, Florida "The land of Mickey" (you know "the mouse") LOL.....I have been crafting all my life, but cardmaking has become my passion a few years ago. Have a circle of friends that share my hobby, and we like to get together for scrapbooking and copic coloring of digital or rubber stamps.

I have a full time job in the Accounting area and this hobby is my stress relief . I am so happy to be selected as part of the Design Team of Do You Stack Up Challenge Blog. I was introduced to this fabulous world on 2006 when a friend invited me to a Creative Memories Party but it wasn’t until 2007 that I started making cards and stamping and since then I hardly make scrapbook anymore. I have a passion for this hobby and love to learn new techniques and work with different materials and textures. I love to work with bright colors and love to paper piece and add layers and texture to my images and cards. I love digital images because they are very versatile and I cam manipulate and combine them with ease. You can find more about my work visiting me at my blog http://mirincondepapel. blogspot.com/. Bye!!
Naomi
Hi everyone! I'm Naomi and I was born and raised in the beautiful Vancouver, Canada region. Since injuring myself at work, I am now a housewife...My man and I have been together for over 6 years...no children yet, but, we are hoping to start a family soon!
I started scrapbooking with my mom 9 years ago when I graduated highschool but, to be honest, at the time, i was more interested in my social life. About 4 years ago, I began going to crops with my mom to make her happy. Although I do enjoy scrapbooking and have met many amazing women through it, I never really fell in love with it. In January of this year, I began making cards and had no idea what I was getting myself into...I barely even knew blogs existed! After discovering Blog Challenges, I reluctantly started my own blog in February because I wanted to participate. Since then, I have immersed myself in this crazy sub-culture and am LOVING it! Although, at first, I was shy about sharing my work, I now couldn't imagine a world without blogging. Everyone I have met out there in Blogland has been amazingly sweet, supportive, and helpful.
Aside from cardmaking, my interests include yoga, natural nutrition, singing, and interior decorating.
I am truly thrilled to be joining the DYSU DT and feel so honoured to have been selected as a member of such a wonderfully talented group of ladies!

I currently live in New Jersey with my two cats and love to go hike, kayak & play outdoors when the weather is just right. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska, with my husband of 5 years, Leo. Together, we have 2 wonderful and very active children, Dustin {4} and Phoebe {2}. I stay at home and take care of the kids during the day, and work part-time in the evening as a Home Health Caregiver.
Originally, I was born and raised in Indonesia. I came to the US about 11 years ago for College.I’ve been paper crafting since I was in High School. I believe I got these crafty genes from my mom. I started scrapbooking in 2005 when I was still in College. I LOVE everything about scrapbooking, from finding the right pictures and matching papers and also decorate it. Scrapbooking has become an addiction, however I think Scrapbooking is my therapy. My husband is very supportive of my hobby. I also let my children to scrapbook with me. My children are my inspirations and motivations. I scrapbook their lives, because I want them to remember their beautiful childhoods.

PeggySue
Hi, I’m Peggysue Wilson and this is my first time to be part of a design team. For 20 years I was an accountant in Houston, but now I stay at home in North Carolina. I’m happily married and have a grown son in the Marines. I’ve been making cards for just a couple of years. Before getting into rubber stamping, I was doing a lot of decorative painting. I’ve dabbled in one craft or another my entire life. Nowadays I mainly make cards and seem to be addicted to challenges! I’m thrilled to be here with a great group of ladies on the team.
Wenche
Hi, my name is Wenche and I'm 37 years old. I live in the North of Norway with my husband, 3 children and two dogs. I have been making cards since 2004 and I'm completely addicted to papercrafting. I love different styles and techniques and always loves to try something new. I love both digital and rubber, they are great in different ways. Digital, well it's easy to store and easy to resize, and well - rubber - it's just something about the ink *lol*. I'm very excited to be a part of Do You Stack Up DT-team and I'm looking forward to work with all this great ladies.
All the best to our previous Design Team Members January-June 2011 Nancy, Pauline, Keely, Kim, Jo and our Lead DT Coordinator Janna. You sure will be missed!
