DIY Glue Dots and Video

Hey everyone! So I have been totally into making DIY products for my crafting. Christine sent me some DIY glue dots and I knew I HAD to make some for myself. I also show you how to use your stamps by looking at them in a different way :)
I want this card to be very striking, yet simple.
The handmade sentiment JOY I wanted to stand out and just pop off the card.
Bringing little pops of red in here and there, helps tie in the glue dot berries.
You can't make a card without some dimension :)

TAWS July Blog Hop :) Win all 3 sets!

EEK!! Can you tell that I am SUPER excited to start this hop! When creating this fun Learning Curve set I wanted to give you a bus and a backpack.. but there just wasn't room with everything else I had planned. Soo.. While drawing the "bus" I had a thought.. what if I could make it look like a backpack if you turned it over.. and then.. that's just what I did.. so my first little card is using the "bus" image.. well as the bus..

I wanted to give the buss the illusion that it was driving off.. so I put it up on some pop dots..
For my second card I wanted to show you how I thought it would be fun to use the "bus" as the backpack.
So here it is..
I also took a bunch of the images from the set and made my own background paper. I love the tone on tone look. I did some masking and also a lot of copic coloring to get the colors I wanted.. I cut the white circle with all the images on it using a spellbinders circle die. I wanted to have some "off the page"  look to it also so I made sure to cut those out a bit then put the die behind it before I did the circle cut.
One fun thing this month is that TAWS will be featuring a few ways to use some Trendy Twine.. since we were given some to play with. I had to use the Stormy color.. it's one of my favorites! I added a little bit of glossy accents to the top of the calculator and the worms glasses.. I hope you all are having a wonderful day..
-Check out the video for a special sneak peek ;)

Look at the awesome set you get this month.. if you spend 40$ or more :) so fun!!

Well next on your hop is Arielle..
