Inspired by Watermelon

I have to tell you I am in LOVE with how this card turned out! :) (really it doesn't show up on camera as well.. kind of a bummer) I thought it might be a little to simple, but quickly changed my mind. I totally have to give credit and inspiration for this idea to Emily (see her creation here) who made a stunning card, and this idea popped into my mind. So here is what I came up with.
Of course I used this weeks Play Date Cafe color combo (it reminds me of a watermelon, so fun!) I stamped all of the little circles using red, pink, & green.. then I took puffy paint and placed a small dot inside each flower to give it some texture. You really can't see it here, but it looks and feels so cool. :) I used paper smooches sugar rush sentiment. Thanks so much for looking, and for all the sweet comments.. you all totally make my day :) HUGS

OMG, this must have taken ages to stamp and they are so neatly in line too. I remember Emilies card...awesome design too.
Great choice of colour combo challenge!

Eeek, so sweet of you to be inspired by my card, Alison! I love how you used those PDCC colours and the puffy paint gives your card such a cool effect. {I can imagine myself running my fingers over it now. LOL}
