New Digital Stamp Bird Melvin & PDCC #13

Thank so much for stopping by my blog.. I have created this cute card using of course my newest member of the Digital Stamp family, his name is Melvin Bird.. isn't he the cutest.. you can get him HERE from Stretch N' Bubbles.. I did this card for the Play Date Cafe Challenge #13 this weeks host is the amazing Jules.. This will be my last week with the Play Date Cafe Challenge.. I have chosen to resign and go on to other things..so keep checking back here for more creations for sure..

a little bit about my card..

I paper pieced my cute little Melvin bird and added puffy paint in turquoise, and glitter (silver) I sewed the edges of the card.. added some fun ribbon to the top.. and added a cute lolly pop flower to the top.. oh we can't forget the fun googlie eyes on Melvin and the distressing..
Let me know what you think.. HUGS

I follow you on your other blog and just wanted to say that the owl digi stamp is adorable!! I am supposed to be curtailing my spending but I am so tempted to go get him;)

I also like the card. I like the sewing and distressing. Wonderful look.
